Policies

Please notify us by email (hello@hayleyks.com) to request an exchange or repair authorization. Exchange can be made up to 10 days from purchase. 

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please pack items in a well-padded box and ship using UPS or FedEx. Shipping insurance is recommended. Hayley K.S. Fine is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

For Jewelry Exchange and Repairs:

  • If your jewelry needs repair, there is a $30 service charge plus the cost of additional materials or labor. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening typically involve a charge.
  • Single earrings are typically available and cost half the current price of a full pair of earrings plus shipping
  • If you have received a ring that is the wrong size, please ship it back to Hayley K. S. Fine, unworn, and we will make the size you need. Ring resizing will not be accepted after our typical 10 day return policy.
  • Your jewelry will be repaired and returned to you as soon as possible. Repair turnaround is usually 2-3 weeks after approval.
  • We do our best to accommodate repair requests, but due to the nature of our products some components may not be available for repair or replacement.

Shipping

Most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. Certain customized orders may take longer.

International Customers: Checkout prices do not include regional VATs, Duties or Taxes. You may owe additional charges to customs before receiving your order. Should a package be rejected by the receiver due to fees, the package will be returned to us and the fees will be deducted from the refund.
